Actress Khyati Khandke Keswani, fondly remembered as Sejal of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, will return to TV after a hiatus. She will play a character who would come as a blessing in disguise for Simar (Dipika Samson) in Colors’ long-running show Sasural Simar Ka (Rashmi Sharma Productions).
The lady, who would be in her late-thirties, will be a smart-looking woman clad in traditional clothes and would be godly in nature. She will have an ability to explain the unexplained, and to connect with other godly worlds. However, she would be honest to herself, and will not use her powers for her own benefits. This time around, she will come to the rescue of Simar who would sense some unforeseen evil powers surrounding her house.
We hear that Khyati’s character will be very crucial for the story line ahead, as she will be the one who would try to bust Roli’s (Sara Khan) identity.
When contacted, Khyati confirmed her entry in the Colors show, but asked us to call her later.
Khyati’s entry comes after Alan Kapoor joined the cast of Sasural Simar Ka as the friend of Prem (Dheeraj Dhoopar), who is a psychologist.
Khyati has already started shooting, and her entry will air soon.
