It seems that actress Neha Pednekar aka Alka, the eldest of the Shastri Sisters (Shakuntalam Films), has taken her role of being the elder sister too seriously.
We recently witnessed the ‘didigiri’ of the actress on the sets of the show.
When we first met, we saw her threatening the director of the show, but in a lighter vein, of course!
And when we quizzed Neha about it, she said, “Oh it’s fun to do such sort of things with Yogi sir (the director) and even he knows that it was all a joke. He is a gem of a person and is very much aware that I never intend to hurt him with my jokes."
So, do you often threat others for fun? And the actress was quick to say, “It’s my own way of expressing love to others. I even used to beat my brother when we were young and now he is the one who threatens me!"
“This is how I behave with those who are really close to me. Not that I will behave in such a manner with everyone,” added the bubbly actress.
We also asked her about her new bully avatar and her answer really surprised us. “Well unlike other girls, I used to watch WWF matches when I was young and used to love them."
The actress, who essays the role of a quiet, loving elder sister, is the opposite of that in her real life. Even her co-actor Sumit Bhardwaj (Neel) echoed the same opinion and stated, “It’s always fun to be around when Neha is there and she is definitely the biggest mastikhor on the sets, teasing others and making fun."
