Radhika Apte is flying high post the success of Badlapur. We spotted the actress in stunning backless number late at night at the success bash of the film. And sharing her happiness was her foreigner husband who too was all smiles.
"We are all happy as a unit that the film has been acknowledged both critically and commercially. It feels great when movies like Badlapur works well at the box-office."
Radhika who essays the role of Nawazuddin's accomplice Vinay Pathak's wife's role also had a moment of boldness in the film when she stripped to her undergarments. When asked if she had any apprehensions before performing the scene, Radhika said, "None at all. I am someone who has never had any inhibitions as an actress. In today's day and age we are exposed to a lot of world cinema and with the lines being redrawn for boldness in the true sense I don't think there is anything wrong in going bold."
While Radhika had major scenes with Varun Dhawan, she didn't have a single one with Nawaz except for a phone conversation. When asked if she missed sharing screen space with the actor Radhika said "The story was scripted in a way where we had no scenes together. But we have done a full-fledged movie called Mountain Man together. So it's okay."
Guess we will have to wait for Mountain Man to release to see Nawaz and Radhika share screen space again.
