We have seen actress Smita Bansal donning many a roles. But after portraying different characters, nowadays, the lady is busy trying her hands on comedy in Life OK’s Zindagi Abhi Baaki Hai Mere Ghost (Ravi Ojha Productions).
Even though the lady is essaying the character of a cute, mother ghost, taking care of an orphan boy along with her own children, Smita is extremely scared of paranormal entities.
In a candid chat, when we quizzed Smita about encountering ghosts in real life, she said, “Honestly speaking, though I am portraying the character of a spirit, I am quite scared of such entities. If I ever have the chance of meeting one of them… instead of confronting them, I would faint.”
“Though I haven’t ever experienced anything spooky, I do believe in the existence of a parallel world. Perhaps this is the only reason why I am so scared of supernatural entities”, Smita added.
So, what is the reason behind opting for such a spooky show?
Smita quipped, “The only reason that made me give a nod to this project was the comedy element. After doing so many daily dramas, I thought it was the best time to break the stereotype. Moreover, I was sure that I could return to drama any day but might not have the chance of essaying such a character again. Hence, I simply grabbed the opportunity.”
