The actress, while talking about the show Naagin, said, "I don't see television. I have just got a glimpse of Naagin. Everybody's only thinking about naagin. There is very pretty girl who is playing the lead. What's her name?"

When the media mentioned, Mouni Roy, Deepti quipped, "She has an interesting face."
