She might be new to the telly world but her hubby is quite popular in the industry. Yes, we are talking about the pretty Teejay Sidhu.
The actress, who is married to hot hunk Karanvir Bohra, made her debut on small screen with &TV’s Santoshi Maa. Teejay said that doing TV is a different experience. She also revealed about Karanvir being her acting coach.
“Of course, Karanvir is my acting guru. He records my show and reviews it. He tells me my flaws and also guides me so that I can improve myself,” said Teejay.
So how has been your TV debut? She shared, “It’s going good as I am blessed with an amazing cast. I regret that I did not do fiction TV earlier in my life. I was nervous as doing a daily give you too much of responsibility, but I am thoroughly enjoying it.”
She continued, “One thing I have learnt by doing Khatron Ke Khiladi is that you only have fear in your mind. Once the fear is gone, your life is sorted. It’s all about how you think. Taking up a daily was a fear but now that I am doing it, I am enjoying it.”
When asked about working with Karanvir ever in her life, she quipped, “Meri aukaat nai hai (I stand nowhere in front of him). Karanvir is in the industry for almost 13 years now. I have just started my acting career but I would love to do a show with him.”
Talking about her bonding with co-stars, she averred, “We have a lot of fun. It’s a crazy bunch of people, shooting together. I learn a lot from the talented stars around me.”
