Karan and Ankita open up on news of their ‘marital discord’

From the time, the popular actor Karan Patel decided to wed actress Ankita Bhargava, gossip columns have been posting about their relationship falling apart.

Reasons?

Well, the ‘chatt mangni patt vivah’ concept really surprised the world. Karan who was dating Kamya Punjabi, broke up in March last year. A couple of days later, friends got Karan and Ankita together and cupid played smart and they decided to get hitched overnight (Read their love story here: Karan ditches Kamya; to marry Ankita:- 

Soon followed a swift roka ceremony and the two tied the knot on 2 May (Pics from the wedding:-

News of marital discord soon followed and the latest one happened last night (Read More here: Ankita’s open letter slamming haters:- 

A news portal carried a story of separation between Karan and Ankita as the former was still living in his past. And the source for the story was Karan’s tweet that read:

The article mentioned about Karan-Kamya’s chemistry and how that has become a reason for his broken marriage.

Armed with the information we buzzed few sources who are close to them. They stated, “Every couple fights and that is a normal thing. They are definitely not separating; the tweet might have been after a spat. They are not someone who will wash their dirty linens in public, so the tweet cannot be taken as an evidence for them getting divorced.”

We also decide to call up the couple to get a clear picture on what is actually transpiring in their relationship.

Karan in his usual style stated, “Kya yaar, it was just a post. You can’t take these posts as a sermon to my relationship. Everything is good between us and I can’t be giving clarification every day on the same.”

Ankita on her part in a calm way shared, “When Karan posted the tweet, I had warned him that someone would cook up a story and that is exactly what happened. To be honest, we are no more bothered about such random talks, as we are happy in our own space. I don’t understand why people are so keen on seeing us part when they can just wish us luck and let us live in peace. We can’t stop expressing our thoughts on Twitter for the fear of such stories. Rest people are free to do what they want to.”
