The bubbly and chirpy Ashnoor Kaur, who’s currently mesmerizing viewers as Naira on Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, wrapped up her shoot yesterday (12 May).
As the show is all set to take a leap, Naira would be shown as a grown up. Yesterday, was Ashnoor’s last day on the sets and she has already started missing the show and her co-stars.
“My journey with Yeh Rishta... has been great. I was always pampered by all my co-stars and I have made a lot of relations with my team. I was associated with them for the longest duration in my entire career. I got brothers like Karan (Mehra) bhaiya and Rohan (Mehra) bhaiya and sister like Hina (Khan) di from this soap,” said Ashnoor.
When asked about her farewell gifts from co-stars, she quipped, “I have received a lot of gifts. Hina di gave me a Guess watch as I love wearing watches.”
So what wishes Hina and Karan have given you? “I made Hina di and Karan bhaiya fill my slam book. Karan bhaiya wrote ‘It is very painful that you are going. I will miss you a lot. It feels like my daughter is going away from me. I pulled your leg, we had fun time together. Best of luck. Love you’ and Hina di wrote ‘Darling Ashnoor be the way you are and love yourself and respect your parents. All the best.’ I will always cherish these memories,” ended Ashnoor.
