Handsome hunk of Indian television, Aditya Redij stole audience’s heart with his ripped body that he flaunted during his debut show Na Aana Is Des Laado.
The actor, who was last seen in Meri Awaaz Hi Pehchaan Hai, is a hardcore gym freak and he recently shared an array of pictures of his body transformation on Instagram.
Talking about his fitness regime, Aditya shared, “I have always been a fitness freak as it runs in my family. My father is my earliest motivation when it comes to fitness. And being in the industry, actors like Salman Khan, Hrithik Rohan inspire me too.”

When asked about his diet chart, he quipped, “I am not into crash goals. Fitness should be your lifestyle, is what I believe. I don’t follow any diet chart or any routine. I just do my regular exercises as I believe in being natural.”
Aditya also shared fitness tips for his fans who love flaunting their sexy body.
“Firstly, follow your workout regime. Secondly, eat clean. Thirdly, rest properly. Fourthly, always be motivated and lastly, don’t over push yourself in everything, listen to your body that how much it can do.”
