Are you foodie?
I’m a very fit person but I love food!
Veg or non-veg?
I’m a hardcore vegetarian. I don’t like the smell of non-veg.
You salivate over?
Aloo parathas! I have cheat days at least twice or thrice a week (giggles).
Anything you dislike?
I don’t particularly like kaddu ki sabzi (pumpkin).
Quick-fix menu?
I carry little boxes of dryfruits with me everywhere.
Your erotic food?
We don’t get strawberries in Mumbai but my fridge is filled with chocolates, so yeah.
Sugar or spice?
I’m a Marwadi and I’m from a family of doctors, so our food is very simple. I am not used to eating spicy masaledaar khana. But I do like eating spicy on some days, so then I eat desi-chinese food like Triple Schezuan and spicy paneer rolls.
Ever cooked to impress?
I don’t cook to impress anyone, but I do prepare meals sometimes for my friends or family. And I do like it when they compliment my food.
Favourite ice-cream flavour?
Chocolate.

Vegetable Sevai – This recipe takes only 15 mins. Boil sevai (Vermicelli) in water. Chop veggies of your choice; cottage cheese goes very well in this dish. Sauté the vegetables, cottage cheese with curd and Indian masalas. Once it is sautéed, add the boiled sevai in the pan and mix well. This is a very quick recipe and it’s yummy and very healthy! Tip: Make sure the sevai is not made of maida (wheat flour).
