MUMBAI: It is said that relations on sets of TV shows are fragile and they fade away after the cast move on from one show to another. However, there are a few exceptions like the cast of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai's previous season. The show's previous season had Pranali Rathod and Harshad Chopda in lead roles and almost the entire cast gelled along pretty well.
The cast makes sure to meet for quite brunches or dinners even after the show and try to maintain the close bond that they shared during the filming of the show. As birthdays are special, Pranali Rathod and Ami Trivedi who played the characters of Akshara and Manjiri in the show made a point to celebrate Karishma Sawant's (Aarohi) birthday by paying her a visit. The duo brought in Sawant's birthday by cutting a cake and clicking cute pictures.
