Lovely actress Vidhi Pandya, who is currently winning hearts as Imli on Colors’ popular daily Udaan (Guroudev Bhalla & Dhaval Gada), is a dedicated actress who enjoys her work to the fullest.
In the recent episodes, Imli was shown going through a very emotional phase wherein she was disowned by everyone and Suraj (Vijayendra Kumeria) came to her rescue.
In a candid conversation with us, Vidhi talked about doing emotional scenes. She said, “I love doing emotional scenes. Such kinds of scenes are my favourite where I get to perform as an actor. After some time, my eyes start burning because of the lenses and the glycerin but I still love it.”
We all have seen how Suraj has supported Imli leaving his wife Chakor (Meera Deosthale) hurt. When we mentioned about it to Vidhi and asked her if she feels what Suraj did was right, she commented, “Suraj is very much in love with Chakor and even Chakor loves him. Imli and Vivaan (Paras Arora) are together and this is the only pair that is going to stay till long. Suraj is a positive guy and whatever he did was to protect a girl’s reputation. Imli and Suraj have been shown as best friends. Friends share a different relation and husband and wife share a different relation. The audiences got misunderstood that they are going to be a couple but they don’t need to worry about it as Suraj-Chakor and Vivaan-Imli will continue to be as couples.”
Vidhi is happy to receive positive response from her fans. Talking about the same, she shared with us, “The response has been nice. Few of them take it nicely while few have taken it very emotionally because they can’t see the separation between their favourite couple but they should know that time heals everything. The storyline that we have is absolutely fantastic and you all will be able to see a lovely dramatic episode and that will sort out every misconception that that the fans are having. So stay tuned for that.”
Having played so many shades of Imli so far, we asked her if there is anything that she would like to change about her role. She told us, “Every character has its own specialty and I am glad to play Imli. I would happily continue playing Imli just the way she is with all her shades.”
Keep up the good work, Vidhi.
