Actors always want to be known for their versatility by portraying different characters onscreen and being typecast is a strict no-no. And actor Anoop Soni is no exception. Anoop, who is currently seen on two TV shows, Colors’ Balika Vadhu and Sony TV‘s Crime Patrol, wants to try something different.
“After Balika Vadhu and Crime Patrol, I am being typecast as a serious actor and anchor. People are coming up to me with such offers, and I am fed up of serious roles,” reveals Anoop.
So what sort of role is he looking out for? “Anything, but serious stuff. In fact, I would love to do comedy,” replies Anoop. Through diverse roles, he wants to be known as the most bankable actor. He also informs Tellychakkar.com that he has been offered to host a thriller-based game show and things are yet to get finalised.
Apart from that, the actor has two films in his kitty. “I have completed shooting for Ye Hausala directed by Nagesh Kukunoor and I will also feature in My Friend Ganesha 4,” informs Anoop.
Well, Anoop we hope that you soon get a chance to tickle the funny bones of your fans. After all, variety is the spice of life!!!
