In a recent vlog, Dipika opened up about her early struggles in Mumbai as an aspiring actress.
She recalled the hardships of living in a PG accommodation and later moving to a small one-bedroom apartment that lacked even basic furniture. She shared how her mother stood by her side during those tough times, frequently visiting and staying with her to offer support.
Reflecting on those days, Dipika said, “Mom and I lived together in a PG. It was a difficult phase, and she would often come to stay with me. Even when I moved into a one-bedroom flat, we had no proper bed. But we always wished that one day, we would have a house of our own.”
Today, Dipika considers it a divine blessing to have fulfilled that dream by purchasing a home for her mother. Her mother, too, expressed how important it is for a woman to have a secure and independent place to live, especially in later years.
Dipika concluded on an emotional note, saying, “No matter what life brings, having a home is essential. The fact that my family and I could give my mother this security means the world to me. I feel incredibly grateful to have a roof over our heads.”
