Tujhse Hai Raabta actors go to college!
Actors Sehban Azim, Shagun Pandey and Reem Shaikh (from Sonali and Amir Zaffar's hit show Tujhse Hai Raabta) had a blast at Yaariyaan, the annual college fest of Ruia College on 7 December 2018. The actors met the students and staff and performed on the stage.
Their show Tujhse Hai Raabta is beating every other show on the small screen and garnering lots of appreciation from the audience. The success of the show was evident when the students interacted with the cast during the festival and everyone seemed excited to have the actors as their guests.
The actors too were thrilled to meet the crowd.
Sehban says, "Ruia College is good with culture activities with art and society, so I think it's a good platform for anybody to be there and study there when the school is promoting the culture and art itself so much. I think anybody would love being at that college. Being there was a wonderful experience and students nowadays are way ahead of time than we were. The kids know everything and they're very smart. I think we were naive and innocent then but I have realized kids now know everything they smarter than what we used to be and I think that it is a good thing, they are going ahead with time."
Reema too is all in praise for the college and had a good experience. "I felt great since I am doing home schooling and private studies, so I have never been to a college or any schools before. When I went there I actually felt one of them like the way they all were managing stuff and everything, they made sure if we wanted to eat something or needed anything at all. So the vibe overall was quite pleasant and I really enjoyed it and I actually felt like a college student for some time," she says.
She goes on to add, "I've never been to any school or college so there was nothing that I could really relate over there because that was new for me, watch all the things that were being done, the arrangements that were happening. For a while even I felt like I wanted to organize some events like this but it was a nice experience and the people there were really nice. I think Ruia is really nice college."
The show, Tujhse Hai Raabta, which is produced by Sonali Jaffar and Amir Jaffar, is getting a great reception from audience on the small screen.
Feel lucky to be a part of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain: Zahara Sethjiwala
Zahara Sethjiwala, who has appeared in the show Bakula Bua Ka Bhoot, shot a cameo in Binaifer and Sanjay Kohli’s Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain. The actor plays the role of Hetal and loved being part of the show. “As I am a Gujarati, I can play the character very well. Hetal is a jolly person who always smiles and enjoys life. I am the same in real life and so I can really associate with my character,” she says.
She adds, “It was great working in the show. Getting a cameo in the show was very special and I feel very lucky to be part of such a popular show. Everyone has given me a positive feedback on my performance. I learned a lot from my co-stars.”
Since Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain is a hit show, being part of it has changed Zahara’s life. “I am from Indore. Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain is hugely popular in Indore. My friends and family were very happy when they got to know that I am going to be part of the show. I can't explain how happy they were. So, when I went back to my city, the people who did not know me, also wanted to talk to me. Everyone was very happy and they loved my character,” she says.
Meanwhile, the actor loved working with Binaifer and Sanjay Kohli. “It was a learning experience working with them. They were very nice and guided me very well. During the shoot, I asked everyone about my performance and everyone told me that I will be called again for sure,” she says.
Satya Tiwari on being part of Kaal Bhairav Rahasya 2
Actor Satya Tiwari, who is part of Kaal Bhairav Rahasya 2, says that it is the title which is making people watch the show. The actor says that it reflects the mystery the story has. “The title of the show is quite unique because you don't get to hear these kinds of names in this modern world. This name actually is very catchy for people who are from small towns. They will actually enjoy watching this because they believe in all these things. The show is all about solving the mystery and the name itself explains that what the show is all about,” he says.
Talking about his character, he says, “I protect Yuvraaj Veervardhan, before revealing that I am his protector. I am shown as his friend. I play the character of a person who is a good friend of Yuvraaj, so in some or the other way I am also protecting him. I have a soft corner for Yuvraaj and I have my duty also to fulfill. I am stuck in between these two lines, so I have to walk between them and for me, my duty is the only thing that matters.”
The actor associates with his character. “My personality is quite similar to the character because he also is subtle and responsible. I am the same way in real life as well. I like to be more mature and understanding and fulfill the responsibilities given to me. I don't have to force myself to do this character, it’s quite easy for me,” he says.
Satya shares a great equation with everyone on the set. “I bond with everyone but my favourites are Kashinath and Rajguru because they are much more experienced than me. I feel I can learn from them and they help me in doing that. I feel that learning from them will help me in the future,” he says.
He likes working with producer-director Ravindra Gautam as well. “Earlier also, it was fun and it is so now also. I have already worked with him in Meri Durga. Ravindra Gautam is a cool guy and it will always be a pleasure to work with him in future as well,” he says.
