Ekta Kapoor ready for her “brain mapping”

MUMBAI: Producer and director Ekta Kapoor has always believed in breaking taboos and setting trends. From saas-bahu sagas to thought-provoking tales, she has gifted audience variety of content.

She is known for soaps like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Qayamat Ki Raat, and Kasautii Zindagii Kay to name a few. Some of the films backed by her include Love Sex aur Dhokha, Veere Di Wedding, and Udta Punjab. She expanded her kingdom by plunging into the world of web by producing web series like Bose: Dead/Alive, The Test Case, and Gandii Baat amongst others. As she kept on producing content after content, in the process she also kept on setting trends, and recently she has been even named Content Czarina.

Her decision to become a mother via surrogacy also earned her applaud. As a female celebrity, she literally set a trend. When she welcomed her son through surrogacy, it gave hope to myriad women.

Now once again she has grabbed headlines, and this time for her mapping her brain. Brain mapping is a process through which doctors use imaging to monitor the brain as it performs various tasks.

Ekta herself took to social media and shared a picture of herself and wrote, “ready for my brain mapping.”
