Ganga to start flowing on Colors next month

Color’s latest offering Ganga is starting from February 1 in the afternoon slot. This is B.A.G Films’ first show on the channel. A person from the production house says: “The initial shoot of the show took place near the Ganga and now we are shooting in Mumbai. Jayeshree Soni is the lead girl and Vivian D’seana plays her love interest. We go on air next month and our time slot might be either 1 or 1.30 pm.” Vishnu Badola who is playing Ganga’s father in the show says: “I am playing a pujari who works in a temple and due to some dispute has to leave the temple along with his family. So everyone starts considering my daughter Ganga unlucky.” It is said that Abhinav Shukla too is playing an important part. Well-known Gujarati actress Sejal Shah plays the mother. This is Jayeshree’s second show after Ek Safar Aisa Bhi Socha Na Tha. The official launch of the show will take place in the coming few weeks. Apart from that there are few more shows which are starting in the afternoon slot under the Sanjhi Dopahar section. One of them is Deeya and Tony Singh’s Aise Na Karo Vida which will air at 2 pm.
