MUMBAI: Bigg Boss is doing extremely well, and is gaining a good number at the Box Office. Since the show is doing so well, it has got an extension till February 2020.
The finale was supposed to take place on the 12th January 2020, and thus the show has been extended for five weeks and now it will end on 15th February, 2020.
When the news was announced to the housemates, everyone appeared happy, except Sidharth Shukla and there are reports doing the round that the reason why he was not happy with it as the makers had to increase his remuneration.
As per media reports it seems that Siddarth has signed a contract with the makers which binds him to be with the show till January 12, and now that the show's finale has been postponed, he wasn't quite happy.
It seems he had a word with the team of Big Boss who then increased his fees to keep him in the show. Sidharth Shukla reportedly gets Rs 9 lakhs per week, and now, for the extended period, he'll get more the amount is still under wraps.
Well, there is no doubt that he is one of the deserving contestant of the show, and as the host Salman said he is the backbone of the show and the show is running on him, then he defiantly deserves the hike.
