MUMBAI: Rohit Shetty released the trailer of his much-awaited cop drama Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif yesterday. While the trailer promises one epic action drama, what made the trailer launch even more fun is that Akshay Kumar was joined by Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh who both have cameos in the film.
Everyone in the film industry knows by now that Akshay Kumar is one of the most punctual actors in B-town. Yesterday at the trailer launch, the event was a little delayed because Ranveer happened to arrive a while after Akshay and Ajay had arrived.
So, naturally, Akshay ended up pulling Ranveer’s leg by saying that RS was the first junior actor who had made four senior actors wait for 40 minutes.
In response to this, Ranveer had come in and touched everyone’s feet and profusely apologized saying his wife says in town (South Mumbai) and there was metro work going on. Famous YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani captured a video of the same and posted it on Instagram and it is hilarious.
Other than this, Akshay and Ajay still continued to pull his leg during the event as well.
But what stole the show was actress and Ranveer’s wife Deepika Padukone‘s reply on this video.
