Didn’t ask about my screen time while signing State of Siege: 26/11

In a candid chat with TellyChakkar, Vivek Dahiya revealed the thoughts that went inside his mind before signing ZEE5’s State of Siege: 26/11.

MUMBAI:  Television’s heartthrob Vivek Dahiya was seen as the NSG commando Rohit Bagga in ZEE 5’s latest offering based on 26/11 titled the State of Siege: 26/11.

In a candid conversation with TellyChakkar.com when asked about his digital debut in the show, Vivek said, “I always wanted to do characters on patriotism that would spell love for the country and thus I believe State of Siege: 26/11 was perfect for me to make a digital debut. I was glad to be a part of a project based on events which affected the lives of so many Indians. We’re too sensitive when it comes to 26/11 and I was quite excited to be on board”.

Speaking more on signing the project, Vivek added, “As an actor, I always take the impact of the character that I’m playing into consideration and not the screen time. Also, my name being linked to a project based on 26/11 was more important than anything else. I wasn’t nervous, I just wanted to do my part with sheer honesty and perfection.  I remember getting a phone call from the makers and I instantly agreed to do the part”.

State of Siege: 26/11 is streaming on Zee5.
