Sachin Tendulkar wishes his FAVOURITE singer on his birthday; Ranveer Singh says ‘Naaaaice’

MUMBAI: Sachin Tendulkar took to social media to wish Irish singer-songwriter Bono on his birthday.

Paul David Hewson is popular by his stage name Bono and is best known as the lead vocalist and primary lyricist of rock band U2.

The Dublin-born music icon turned 60 on 10th May.  

As he celebrated his birthday yesterday, the legendary cricketer shared a beautiful composition by the singer on social media to wish him.

Calling Bono legendary, Sachin wrote, ‘“I want to run, I want to hide

‪I want to tear down the walls that hold me inside

‪I wanna reach out & touch the flame

‪Where the streets have no name” ‪A brilliant composition by the legandary & my favourite, Bono & @u2.’

He added, ‘Wishing you an amazing & safe 60th birthday Bono.’

It seems Ranveer Singh found his post cool!

The Bollywood actor, who is popular for his out of the box style statements and amazing sense of humour, commented, “Naaaaice.”
