National award winner Dekh Indian Circus has got a new admirer in Vidhu Vinod Chopra, who released his latest film <em>Ferrari Ki Sawari </em> only last week.
Audiences were surprised to see the trailer of <em>Dekh Indian Circus</em> attached to the film. But how did Chopra attach the trailer to his film? It so happened that after the film’s cinematographer Laxman Utekar impressed upon Chopra to see the promo of his film, he had a look at the promo.

National award winner Dekh Indian Circus has got a new admirer in Vidhu Vinod Chopra, who released his latest film Ferrari Ki Sawari only last week.
Audiences were surprised to see the trailer of Dekh Indian Circus attached to the film. But how did Chopra attach the trailer to his film? It so happened that after the film’s cinematographer Laxman Utekar impressed upon Chopra to see the promo of his film, he had a look at the promo.
So taken aback was Chopra after seeing the promo that he immediately agreed to release it with his film. He even called up Imtiaz Ali to congratulate him for presenting the film. Said an excited producer Mahavir Jain, “Veteran producer and director Vidhu Vinod Chopra praising our film promo was a great boost.”
The film, produced under the banner of Sundial Pictures, won the Audience Choice ‘Best Film’ Award at the 16th Busan International Film Festival in South Korea last year and at the 12th New York Indian Film Festival (NYIFF) 2012, the lead pair Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Tannishtha Chatterjee received best actor and actress award respectively.
