MUMBAI : Actress Kamya Punjabi made one gorgeous bride at her wedding with Shalabh Dang last year. She wore a beautiful customized red-orange bandhani lehenga paired with some traditional golden jewellery. She also wore a Rajasthani style embroidered dupatta which was adding on to the beauty of her bridal attire. Also, the latkans of her lehenga were also customized with ‘Kamya weds Shalabh’ and ‘Sada Saubhagyawati Bhavah’ written on it.
Kamya’s wedding was the talk of the town and the actress looked stunning, nothing less than a dream.
And now the makers of Shakti have taken inspiration from Kamya Punjabi’s wedding lehenga for Jigyasa Singh. Yes, Jigyasa wore a similar designed lehenga for her wedding sequence in the show Shakti.

Talking more in brief about it, Kamya shared, “Well, the channel reached out to me asking if they can copy the design of my wedding lehenga for Jigyasa Singh’s wedding in our show Shakti. Obviously, I had no issues as I adore Jigyasa and she looked beautiful in the lehenga. Interestingly, my wedding lehenga and the replica both are designed by dear friend and talented designer Anuradha Khurana.”
