MUMBAI: The Supreme Court verdict has given a small ray of hope to the family and fans of Sushant Singh Rajput. It was in favour of a CBI probe and ordered the Mumbai Police to cooperatie with the CBI and provide all the necessary help to them.
Today, the CBI will arrive Mumbai with a special investigation team (SIT) to proceed with the investigation. On the other hand, the case has garnered the attention of the ED with regard to money laundering. The ED had summoned many people. As per Times Now, filmmaker Rumi Jaffery has now arrived at the ED for questioning.
Rumi Jaffery will be asked regarding the project he was supposed to do with the actor and prime suspect Rhea. The questions will revolve around whether any contract was made. If yes, then what are the details? Did he transfer any money to SSR or to Rhea? He has been asked to carry all the necessary documents to serve as proof.
