Hiten Tejwani says “With all the chaos which is going on we are not letting Sushant rest in peace” with his upcoming show ‘Gupta Brothers Chaar Kunware From Ganga Kinare’

MUMBAI: Star Bharat is on a spree to provide best content for its viewers, right from its latest non-fiction offering ‘Gangs of Filmistaan’ and two new shows ‘Akbar Ka Bal Birbal’ and ‘Excuse Me Madam’. The channel is now all set to bring forth a new dramedy offering ‘Gupta Brothers Chaar Kunware From Ganga Kinare’. Hiten will be seen essaying the role of Shiv Gupta eldest among the four brothers and how these brothers believe in bachelorhood as they are self-sufficient. 

The show is an entertainment package which will make people understand the difference between being Kanjoos and Kifayati. Now why they don’t get married and what is the story behind it is the intriguing part that the audience needs to look out for. The viewers through this show can expect laughter with a hint of an emotional joyride which revolves around there four brothers. 

When spoken to Hiten about the show, he mentioned, "Shooting in current scenario is slightly difficult as we have to wear mask, gloves, sanitize ourselves regularly and follow social distance. We are not working with the same strength on our sets. After going back, I don't meet my family. I take off my glove and sanitize at the entrance and then, I straight away for to the bathroom for a shower. Only then do I meet my children. I don't hug them, but we are in the same room, talking and playing and yet maintaining a distance." 

Hiten who stepped into Sushant Singh Rajputs’ shoes back in the day for ‘Pavitra Rishta’ shared, “We need closure on the Sushant Singh Rajput case. Life moves on and all that we are left with is memories to cherish. But with all the chaos which is going on we are not letting him (Sushant) rest in peace. So closure is very important.” 

Hiten was a part of the previous Kasauti Zindagi Kay, he spoke about the new season’s abrupt ending, he added, "It's not an easy call to end the show abruptly. But I believe, someday or the other show had to end. It’s definitely a loss for the actors, technicians and many others who are part of the show. But everybody has to see the pros and cons and then connect to decision." 

He further concluded talking about the current entertainment industry, "Things are changing for the better. I see many shows that are trying something different meaningful. The audience has become clever and now you can't just offer anything to them. Today, content is the king and I am happy to see that the TV is now experimenting."
