MUMBAI: ZEE5’s much-awaited show “Black Widows” was premiered last week and was loved by fans all over the globe. It got a mixed reaction from the critics, the show was loved for its gripping storyline and thrilling concept, where 3 wives plan to murder their respective husbands and later how the situation is changed for all of them is what Black Widows speaks about, this 12 episodic series stars amazing talents such as Shamita Shetty Mona Singh, Swastika Mukherjee, Sharad Kelkar, Aamir Ali, Raima Sen, Sabyasachi Chakrabarty, and others and the series is directed by Birsa Dasgupta.

The team got an exclusive chance to speak with one of the leading ladies of the show, Mona Singh, who was seen reprising her character of Veera and loved by the fans, talking about Veera, her character, the stress hared she has never done this type of a dark role earlier and so she was very excited for the show before it was aired and later after the show was out the actress shared she was flooded with the positive reviews for her character and the series, and she was excited reading all those comments for her.

The actress also throw light on the off-screen chemistry between all the leading ladies as the chemistry is between all 3 wives is the USP of the show, the actress said off-screen the atmosphere was very chilling, all necessary precautions were obviously taken and was a fun shooting experience with Swastika and Shamita, and they bonded very well on sets which can be seen on screen in the series too.
