Every season of Naggin has been a huge success, and the audiences showered their love on Naagin Season 5 as well.
The role of Bani is a very powerful and loved one on television, and the audiences love watching Surbhi, Sharad, and Mohit’s bond.
But before signing Surbhi Chandna for the role, the makers had offered the role to a few other actresses who refused.

Aalisha was not only offered Naagin 5 but also Naagin 4. She refused both seasons, though the reason is still unknown.
2. Sana Sayyad
Sana couldn’t take up the offer as she has already signed some another project due to which her dates were blocked.
3. Kratika Sengar
Kratika was offered the role of Bani, but she refused as she had some personal commitments.
4. Surbhi Jyoti
The makers wanted Surbhi to continue as the Naagin in Naagin 5, but at the last moment, the decision was changed, Reasons are still unknown.
5. Hina Khan
The makers wanted Hina to do the role of Bani, but the actress wanted to stay away from television for some time and thus turned the offer down, but because of a person request by ace producer Ekta Kapoor, she agreed to play a cameo in the serial.
Well, in the end, the role was bagged by Surbhi Chandna, and fans feel she is the perfect choice for the role and no one could do justice to Bani the way she did.
Fans have also said that Bani and Jay’s chemistry is unmatchable.
No doubt that it’s a big loss for these actors, and they missed out on a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
