Entrepreneur, actor, director and producer Anuj Saxena, is the most eligible bachelor in town at this point of time. Known as the dream husband to his female leads in his all-time famous shows Kkusum with Nausheen Ali Sardar and Kumkum with Juhi Parmar, Anuj is the owner of Elder Pharmaceuticals. His production house Maverick Productions, that is currently making Devyani on Star Pravah, will soon launch a show on Colors named Sanskriti. In a candid interview, Tellychakkar.com talks to the all rounder wherein he discusses his personal and professional life. Excerpts: “Well, as far as my journey in life is concerned, it has been a roller coaster ride. Each and every year has been a learning experience for me. Currently, I am happily producing Devyani and soon will be coming up with two new shows; one for Zee TV and the other for Colors. I am excited and looking forward for Sanskriti… Most likely the show will go on air from next month.” Anuj further states, “Well, talking about Elder Pharma, that’s more of a corporate set up. There, I am a doctor. And they don’t treat me like a professional. My father and brother are solely in-charge of Elder Pharma. As most of the time, I am on the sets, I am a producer but would soon like to get back to acting. Currently, I am very happy to be back anchoring a woman-based crime show on Reliance Big Magic channel. It’s a very different experience altogether. Let’s see how soon I can get into daily soaps; I am very much up for it.” Share something about your personal life? “Talking about my personal life, I am single. But it was not that I wasn’t married. Only that... things didn’t work in my favour; I think it was all destined. Well, there’s no harm in getting hooked up again, but I don’t feel the need now. After the breakup, I can say I have become quite skeptical and guarded. Now, my only priority is to give importance to my career. I don’t like to get into any relationship. It is rightly said that love can happen twice, but for me, I guess, it’s not in the cards.” “As for my future plans, I seriously want to get into films, probably as a great professional. I have no clue where my personal life will take me hence.” All the best...Anuj.
