MUMBAI: Ever since the teaser and the trailer of the movie “The Wife” was out, the movie became the talk of the fans, and they are eagerly waiting for the movie, indeed the trailer hit the right chord of horror and is getting much love from the fans all over, the movie stars, Gurmeet Choudhary and Sayani Dutta in the lead role and is directed by Sarmad Khan.
Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with the leading man of the movie, Gurmeet Choudhary, the actor expressed his excitement with this movie as he said fans will see him in yet another different avatar and throwing light on the character the actor said, he will be seen playing the role of Film editor whose name is Varun, who is recently shifted with his partner to his new flat and what happens both of them is something interesting to see.
Adding further the actor said that this character of Varun is very simple and yet difficult to portray, fans will surely relate to this character and he has never done something like this before.

Talking about the USP of the movie, the actor said the story is the USP, the fans will surely love and also the characters, the movie will grab your attention right from the very scene till the last scene.
Well indeed the trailer has created a lot of buzz in the market and is getting much love from the fans all over and we look forward to the movie which will premiere on 19th March on ZEE5.
Gurmeet has ventured into the horror genre yet again after Khamosiyan while Sayani is making her Hindi debut with this haunted tale.
