MUMBAI: C.I.D was one of the most popular and long-running crime drama-based shows. The series aired for several years on the small screen and it was a hot favourite among the viewers.
Shivaji Satam, Dayashankar Shetty, Aditya Srivastava, Narendra Gupta, Dinesh Phadnis, Ansha Sayed, Janvi Chheda, Ajay Nagrath, among others were seen in pivotal roles. The actors were a part of the series for a very long time and beautifully nailed their characters.

Another popular face of television who was a part of C.I.D is Hrishikesh Pandey. The actor was seen as Inspector Sachin on the show. Fans lauded the actor's stellar performance on the show. Hrishikesh was also seen in the C.I.D Special Bureau where he played the role of Inspector Abhimanyu.
