MUMBAI: Sony Entertainment Television's show Mere Sai – Shraddha aur Saburi has been having a successful run on television screen. The show which has a mythological touch to it enthralls one and all with its inspiring tales of devotion which spreads a positive message.
The forth coming track of the show will showcase three different stories of the struggles that a women has to undergo in her life and how Sai Baba wont let anything happen to them. The three stories will showcase popular actors like Bhargavi Chirmuley, Kritida Mistry and Ruhanika Dhawan.
For the first story, Bhargavi Chirmuley is essaying the role of Sai Sister, Chandra Borkar whose husband abandons the family as he wanted to attain enlightenment and therefore, he considers the duties toward his family to be an impediment in his way.
For second story, Kritida Mistry will essay the role of a girl whose parents gave her abundant dowry at the time of her marriage, in the hope that it will keep her happy at her in-laws. However, taking this as a cue, her in-laws demand even more dowry from the girl’s parents regularly in some form or the other, all while keeping the girl in dark, to the point of impoverishment of the girl’s parents.
In the third track, Ruhanika Dhawan will be playing the role a of girl who was found on the steps of a temple outside Shirdi to a women who adopted her. On knowing the the truth, she resolves to go to Shirdi to find about her parents where she will come to know that she is abandoned by her family because they already had two daughters and they wanted a son as their third child.
In all the three tracks, Sai Baba intervenes and not only puts an end to the girls hardships but also help them in getting back the respect they deserve. Moreover make everyone realise the value of a girl child and women.
Speaking about the upcoming tracks, Bhargavi, Kritida and Ruhanika says," We are extremely fortunate to be a part of the track that gives out a strong message to audience. So stay tuned."
