EXCLUSIVE! Krishna Kaurav spills beans on his character in Kumkum Bhagya and talks about his bond with Shabir Ahluwalia, says he is the most down-to-earth person

MUMBAI: Zee TV's show Kumkum Bhagya is working wonders on the small screens. 

The show has been successfully running for more than 7 years now and is still the favourite among the viewers. 

We have seen how Kumkum Bhagya has witnessed several twists and turn in the story. 

Sriti Jha and Shabir Ahluwalia play the lead roles of Abhi and Pragya on the show. 

Post the leap which took place a few years ago, Krishna Kaul, Pooja Banerjee and Mugdha Chaphekar are seen as the leads alongside Sriti and Shabir. 

Reyhna Pandit and Leena Jumani are also seen in pivotal roles.

We all know that Kumkum Bhagya recently witnessed a leap where all the characters have completely changed. 

From Abhi, Pragya to their on-screen daughters Rhea and Prachi too. 

We all know that Abhi's fate has completely changed post the leap and he is no more a wealthy guy. In fact, he is living in a chawl with his family. 

Several new characters are introduced in the show post the leap and one of them is actor Krishna Kaurav who was seen in Star Plus' show Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali. 

Krishna plays the role of Abhi's best friend Prashant who also lives in the same chawl. 

TellyChakkar got in touch with Krishna who spoke about his character and also about his shooting experience with his co-stars, especially, Shabir Ahluwalia. 

Krishna said, ''Shabir is a very nice person. He is extremely down-to-earth and extremely helpful. We discuss all scenes together. He has no attitude and no starry tantrums.''

Further talking about his character, ''My character will be continued on the show for almost a year. Rest, I have not idea till when I'll be in the show. I am constantly shooting scenes with Shabir.''

Krishna revealed that Abhi and Pragya's enmity has just begun and this will go on for a while. 

Further, Krishna was asked hi he will reunite Abhi and Pragya to which he said that there can be a possibility. 

Well, Krishna also praised the rest of the cast and crew of the show like Krishna Kaul, Sriti Jha, Pooja Banerjee among others for being wonderful co-stars.
