MUMBAI: Be it a commoner or a celebrity, losing a child is one of the biggest grief a couple often encounter in their marriage.
Talking about miscarriages, this mainly occurs due to internal abnormalities during pregnancy that is affected by either internal (biological), external (exertion of an outside force or stimulus) irregularities or a combination of both. Besides the damage it causes to the unborn foetus, the expecting mother also undergoes a totality of physical, mental and emotional breakdowns, which can be cured with the aid of certain therapies.
It takes a lot for a woman to embark upon motherhood for the very first time while certain unfortunate incidents (like miscarriages) also take a huge toll on her confidence, that she often turns sceptical of conceiving again. However, with the help of proper guidance and the right therapy, a woman overcomes her prior delivery fears and finally embarks upon motherhood without any hesitation.
Miscarriage is a very common and often a natural phenomena that may not be totally eradicated depending on the situational crisis, but can surely be evaded.
