The series is based on incidents in a call centre called Riva and is called the Riva Express. The light hearted series will be a 40 episode show and will feature Ankita Bahuguna, who has earlier been seen in Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi in the past among many other projects. 

Ankita is touted to be a part of season 3 of Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi.
