These days, the storyline of the show is focusing on Virat and how he is hiding the truth about Shruti from Sai. He feels guilty about it. On the other hand, Sai also suspects that Virat is up to something.
In the previous episode, Sai and Pulkit come to know about Shruti and Virat's marriage and child. In spite of that, they are ready to perform the operation. Shruti tells Virat that he should tell Sai everything before it is too late. He refuses to do so as he cannot put her life in danger. He is helping a criminal’s wife and thus cannot tell anyone anything.
