Bhaukaal season 2 review! This Mohit Raina starrer serves you thrill but in pieces

MUMBAI: Indeed the season one of the web series Bhaukaal coming from MX player has created a strong impact in the hearts and minds of the fans, ever since the season two was announced the fans were eagerly waiting for the show. Bhaukaal season 2 starring Mohit Raina, Siddhant Kapoor, Bidita Bag, Rashmi Rajput, Pradeep Nagar, Gulki Joshi has finally premiered and here is the complete review of the show.

Talking about the story line of season 2 after cleaning the Shaukeen gang in season 1, Fearless cop Naveen Sikhera is back and this time to deal with the Dedha brothers. Naveen Siikhera this time will leave no stone unturned to clean the city Muzaffarnagar. How will he clean the city and what are the challenges faced by the fearless cop is something amazingly shown in the web series.

Talking about the screenplay of the show, it is strictly decent, it manages to hold your attention in between, there are many things in the show which will remind you of many Bollywood Gangster based movies.

Talking about the performances, no doubt this is an out-and-out Mohit Raina show, the actor is playing a real life cop Navniet Sekera in the web series and he has completely nailed it with his performance. On the other hand Siddhanth Kapoor as Chintu will definitely impress you with his performance. Actress Bidita Bag as Nazneen is a treat to watch. On the other hand other actors like Rashmi Rajput, Pradeep Nagar, Gulki Joshi and others were decent on their part.

Talking about the positive points of the show it has to be the performances delivered by every actor in the show. No doubt the show will be a treat for all the action lovers as action is one of the major USP of the show. The portrayal of a fearless cop by Mohit Raina is a treat to watch and can be one of the USP of the show.

Talking about the negative points of the show it has to be the storyline which has nothing new to offer and lacks freshness. We have seen many Bollywood projects based on similar concepts. The screenplay of the show is strictly average. There are several points in the show where the screenplay dips a little and the show looks a little drag. Unnecessary use of abusive language is one of the biggest drawbacks of the show. The VFX and special effects in the show are poorly done which will definitely disturb your viewing experience.

But having said all these points Bhaukaal season 2 will be a treat for the action lovers and crime thriller lovers, this is an old wine with a new label.

Team TellyChakkar goes with 2.5/5 for Bhaukaal season 2.
