MUMBAI: Ziddi Dil Maane Na actor Angad Hasija feels that the entertainment industry is going through a new phase with the onset of OTT platforms.

"TV was always there and will always be there. We can't compare these two mediums, they will co-exist. But yes, OTT is a step ahead,” says the actor.

He says, “OTT has become a different industry altogether. I find it very happening and exciting. We sit at home and watch OTT shows and it is very enjoyable. I have seen that not only the youth but many elders too have shifted to OTT as they get more variety. It offers different concepts, has a newer approach and the presentation is different."

The audience has a wide range of options to choose from today, and that is one mainly the reason why viewership is scattered. “Today you can watch variations on TV and watch OTT as well.
