Rohan Sippy on the response he has been getting for Mithya

The response has been very positive. Because it is a thriller, it has a lot of twists and turns to it. I think it has the right kind of buzz around but I think the nervousness and excitement are on our part now. Hoping the audience tune in to it and most importantly they enjoy how we have tried to create a beautiful story in this series.

Rohan Sippy on what made him say yes to the project

Love and cheating are very universal things and parts of human nature which has been going on for a long time. It is on the eternal themes which always have been told in new and interesting ways which hold our attention which are something very close to us. The setting of the university where there is another set of cheating is happening. I like the idea of this world which is a new way to look at this type of relationship drama in the thriller web series.

Rohan Sippy on his directing inspiration?

There is so much amazing stuff out there. If I have to name one person then it would be my father who has always been my inspiration. Both as a kid watching his films and I have been blessed to working with him for over 30 years now. So, he has been my film's school. In all matters to his reach in the industry. Other than him, there are so many young directors who have been doing good works. It's a good exciting time now, where there is no shortage of inspiration all around.
