MUMBAI: The reality show Shark Tank India enjoyed popularity. Ashneer Grover appeared on the show as a judge. He recently made headlines as he resigned as the Managing Director of his company. He is once again in news for his latest post.

Ashneer is currently battling several accusations by the board. One of them is about his 'lavish lifestyle'. The entrepreneur, however, has refuted those claims in his new post. Ashneer slammed the board for 'personal hatred and low thinking'. He also shared a photo where he said that he has 'no qualms sleeping on the floor'. He is apparently travelling in the US and UK raising funds. A part of his note read, "I indeed have a very lavish lifestyle. I get invited by friends with open hearts to their homes, where I have no qualms sleeping on the floor. And this is when I am on the road in US and UK raising $370M Series E. And I've the right to stay in any lavish hotel and charge it on the company issued credit card in my pocket. Those who haven't built from scratch will never understand the Founder's mentality
Ashneer's popularity soared after his participation in Shark Tank India. He was known for his flying temper and calling a spade, a spade. There were times when he schooled the contestants and rejected their business proposals finding no potential in them. Post his recent resignation, there were several memes that surfaced on the internet. Most of them had reactions of the contestants who he rejected on Shark Tank India. There were others who suggested that Ashneer should now take up a job (something he'd ask contestants himself on the show).
