MUMBAI: Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee became household names following their stints in the TV series Ramayan. The couple fell in love while working together and tied the knot in February 2011.
Debina and Gurmeet recently gave their fans the biggest surprise possible by announcing that they are expecting a baby together and wishes started pouring in for the lovely couple.
Debina Bonnerjee, who is expecting her first child, had a little small intimate shower on March 24. The actress, who is currently in her third trimester, uploaded stunning photos of herself in a traditional outfit for her 'saadh' or Godh Bharayi.

Debina looked stunning in her traditional godh-bharayi attire and oozed elegance. She wore a maroon polka dot ethnic outfit with traditional jewelry, bindi, and sindoor on her forehead to complete her look.
Sharing pictures from her Babyshower, She wrote, “Saadh” or desire in English. The desire for food of a pregnant woman is celebrated by the maternal side ( here my mother) by cooking all food the woman loves .. “Baby shower “ in a western country and “godh bharayi” in north India saadh in Bengali. I didn’t particularly crave for anything during the whole journey .. so all things my mother could think of she cooked. In her post, Debina received love and praise from a number of personalities in the television industry. Through their remarks, fans also complimented her and wished her well.
Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee are expecting their first child. In February, the couple announced their pregnancy on social media.
Debina has been documenting her pregnancy journey in her vlogs since the announcement. The actress has been opening up to her fans and followers about everything from food cravings to mood swings to the obstacles she had while trying to conceive. She also just wrote a piece in which she discussed the anxiousness that follows every doctor's appointment.
