MUMBAI: Ekta Kapoor's reality show titled “Lock Upp” where 17 contestants will be locked in jail, play the game, and fight for getting bail to survive, was launched on MX Player and Alt Balaji.
The audience has given it a thumbs-up. Kangana Ranaut has made her OTT debut with the show as the host. The entire concept is a setup in jail.
The contestants are going all out to survive in the show and become finalists.

Last week, Mandana was eliminated from the game. Post that, TellyChakkar got in touch with the actress and asked about her fight with Karan and who the better host is, Salman or Kangana.
What do you have to say about your fight with Karan Kundrra?
Karan and I are friends, and whatever happened was in the heat of the moment. He was doing his job and I was there to play the game individually. It was wrong for me to cross the line into hosting, but now, everything is sorted and things are good between us. Today, I laugh about it. I told Karan that it happened as that jail environment makes you do things, and Karan said that it is all good between us.
You have participated in Bigg Boss and Lock Upp. What do you have to say about the hosts Salman Khan and Kangana Ranaut. Who do you think has done a good job?
Both are fantastic hosts, and it's obvious that comparisona would happen. But Kangana as a host is doing a fabulous job. She is a powerhouse who doesn't fear to put her opinion ahead. She fights for women's rights in the society.
On the other hand, Salman Khan is also a great host. He is a superstar, and today, Bigg Boss is known because of him. For me, both are fabulous at hosting.
Who has supported you in the game and is a friend of yours?
For me, it will be Saisha, as she really stood by my side and was my biggest support emotionally. That’s because we know each other from before. She is a wonderful human being. I told her that she is such a lovely person that contestants might take advantage of her vulnerability. She is a friend who stood by me in the game.
