Akansha decides to attend Manav's birthday party as she wants to ignite those old feelings in his heart once again and get her place back in his life.

Recently we have seen that Akshara leaves saying to Manav that she don't want to force him anymore but later in the night gets into accident with his car. Unfortunately, once Akanksha is admitted in the hospital everyone is worried for her. The doctor comes to Swati and tells her that Akanksha has very little time left to live as she has a chronic disease shocking all.

In the upcoming track, Yatho who is standing there gets heart-broken while on the other hand, Akanksha gets consciousness and realises about her health issues.
