Star Plus’ afternoon show, Grahasthi, is set for a befitting relaunch as the homely women (the female protagonists) of the show take complete charge of their lives and transcend new boundaries beyond their duties at home.
In a surprising turn of events, the six women of the Khurana household Amrit (Vaidehi Amrute), Rano (Aarti Singh), Simar (Khushbu Singh), Sohni (Hunar Ali), Nacchattar Bua (Sunila Khambelkar) and Teji Nani (Sulekshana Khatri) take over the reins of the family business and the day-to-day affairs of the house in their control.

The women give all that it takes to fulfill the challenges thrown by their Tauji (Shahbaaz Khan) and emerge victorious. Breaking away from the traditional norms, the women attempt to create a place for themselves in a male dominated society. The story will unravel as the strength of each of these characters is highlighted during various phases.
Stay tuned to watch a new beginning of Grahasthi, Monday to Friday, 2.30pm, on Star Plus.
