Ishaan will see Savi and Ankur together and begin to misunderstand their relationship.
Ishaan will get jealous as Savi and Ankur begin to spend time together. Savi will be staying in the same room as Isha to care for her.
Savi will be emotionally connected to Isha and feel her pain.
