MUMBAI : Tumse Meri Aashiqui Renowned actors Gautam Gupta and Smriti Khanna are excited to become parents for the second time, and they are living a happy life together. The couple is ready for their second child after welcoming their daughter Anaayka into the world in 2020.
The exciting news was revealed by Smriti Khanna and Gautam Gupta in a heartfelt Instagram post. She gave a peek at their family photo with their dog and daughter, Anaayka. In the photos, Khanna was seen smiling and showing off her growing baby bump. She also seemed happy with her family.

Sharing the series of pictures, she wrote, "After a journey filled with more challenges than we ever expected, we are overflowing with emotion as we make this beautiful announcement: Our family is growing! Our darling daughter Anayka is stepping up to the role of big sister, and our dog Lucas is about to become the best big brother."
She added, "We’ve dreamed of this moment and fought through tough times to get here. Our hearts are full as we share our joy with you. Baby #2 is on the way, and we couldn’t be more excited to meet our newest love. Here’s to new adventures and endless love as a family of four... plus paws! September ‘24 it is!"
The couple's fans and close friends sent their congratulations on the exciting news. Mouni Roy wrote "Congratulations" along with emojis of an evil eye and a red heart. With a red heart emoji, Ashita Dhawan said, "Wowwww Congratulations guys".
Gautam Gupta and Smriti Khanna first crossed paths on the sets of Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi. Their on-screen relationship developed into a real-life relationship, and on November 23, 2017, the pair tied the knot.
