The actor recently admitted that he experienced a recent split that left him so shaken that he has been single for the previous two to three years.

In an interview with TV Times, TV show Anupamaa fame Kunwar Amar shed light on how his financial condition took a hit during the pandemic. He stated, 'When the entire world is affected by COVID, you are no exception.' He mentioned that he was in a relationship with a girl for many years, always thinking she would be with him whether the days were good or bad.

However, when the breakup happened solely because his financial situation was not great at the time, it jolted Kunwar. He said that he rarely cried, but this incident left him emotionally shattered, with days of inconsolable tears.

Kunwar talks about how, after spending some time with his parents, he concluded that they had moved on and would never return. He gradually began to get better and concentrated on his work, and after Anupamaa, things undoubtedly turned around for the better.

According to Kunwar after Anupamaa many people wanted to connect with him, but he now understands his value and worth and has kept a safe distance from those who he knows are merely trying to connect with him because of his newfound popularity.
