MUMBAI: Shah Rukh Khan and his family had a very exciting Sunday (May 26) evening as their IPL club, Kolkata Knight Riders, defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad to win the trophy. King Khan did not let an illness stop him from lifting his team's spirits. Several images and videos from the stadium have been trending on social media, featuring King Khan and Gauri Khan standing with the trophy and Suhana Khan sharing a touching moment with her father.

On the other hand, a video featuring a loving wife named Gauri asking that King Khan wear the mask has left viewers' hearts melting.

Online users have been sharing a video from Sunday's IPL 2024 championship game. In the video, Gauri Khan can be seen demanding that her husband Shah Rukh Khan put on the mask. The Jawan actor was reluctant to wear it at first, but his loving wife made sure he did.

Soon after the video went viral  on the internet, fans couldn’t stop gushing over the couple. A fan wrote, “She is the pillar controlling SRK to over celebrate like previous years and ruin his health ....,” while another user commented, “That's what love love is all about. Caring is love.”

Significantly, SRK was brought to a hospital in Ahmedabad a few days ago following a heat stroke. The actor travelled to Ahmedabad to see the Kolkata Knight Riders vs. Sunrisers Hyderabad IPL qualifying game.

A person with knowledge of the situation revealed that the actor was dehydrated in Ahmedabad, where temperatures were as high as 45 degrees Celsius. The well-being of SRK was certified by his manager Pooja Dadlani almost a day after he was released from the hospital.

Regarding his career, Shah Rukh Khan's next film appearance will be with his daughter Suhana Khan in King.
