MUMBAI: Shakti Arora plays Ishaan in the Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin serial, and will very soon say goodbye to GHKPM. Recent rumors state that Shakti's filming is anticipated to conclude on June 18, 2024. The show will then have a six- to seven-year hiatus before introducing a new male lead character. It had been previously reported that Harshad Chopda will take Shakti's place in the show.

However, according to current sources, Hitesh Bharadwaj was last seen in Aankh Micholi and has been approached to portray the male lead protagonist in the TV show starring Bhavika Sharma instead of Harshad. Regarding whether he will be starring in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Hitesh recently said frankly.
Hitesh Bharadwaj revealed in an interview with a well-known news source that he has been approached by the Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin makers. Hitesh clarified that he hasn't signed the dotted line, though.
He stated that it's too soon to confirm whether he will be appearing in a television show starring Bhavika Sharmaa because nothing has been confirmed. He says he will be in a better position to respond appropriately after everything is resolved.
Ghum Hai Pyaar Kisikey Meiin stars Shakti Arora and Bhavika Sharma in the current lead roles. Meanwhile, Bhavika Sharma, Manasi Salvi, and Indraneel Bhattacharya are reportedly staying on Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, despite the show's impending huge cast change.
