MUMBAI : Popular drama series Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is constantly high on drama. The storyline is filled with lots of interesting twists and turns. The show has taken a generational leap after Sai and Virat's tragic death and the audience is now excited to see Savi and Vinayak all grown up.
After the leap, the character of Savi is played by Bhavika Sharma while Ishaan and Reeva are played by Shakti Arora and Sumit Singh respectively. The show continues to rule hearts in Indian households.

The show is heading towards a leap and will have major changes with Bhavika Sharma being retained as the female lead and Shakti Arora along with primary characters making way for new ones to carry forward the story post leap.
Savi will be seen becoming an IAS officer and will live with Isha and Shantanu, who will be depressed with their son’s death.
Fans of the show are irritated and are discussing why there is a need for a leap and why there can't be a happy ending.

Akriti Sharma said, “Killing the male lead out of nowhere is not a risk I'd assume the makers will take. Personally, I will not prefer watching a show which has no proper end.”
Anwesha Das elaborated, “The Gen 2 episodes from last year were so good but now it feels like they are running out of content.”
Khari Devi mentioned, “The show is getting toxic. There has to be some proper end to the characters that fans have loved so much. Just killing them off mid way and introducing a leap is not called for.”
Naya Singh averred, “I am excited to see what is in store for the audience with the bomb blast track which will have the family members dead. Adding fresh elements and the story moving ahead is exciting given that it has had an engaging storyline so far.”
Ishaan Kumar expressed, “It is very disappointing. In the middle of the story suddenly the makers decide to end the characters and that too so abruptly.”
