Gurpreet stepped into the role of Mr Rafique Baig, a smart entrepreneur bringing drastic turns to ‘Vanshaj’. Known for his refined taste and sophistication, Mr Baig has an air of elegance and authority. He loves poetry, adding depth to his cultured character. His rich style reflects his wealth and influence.
In en exclusive interview with Tellychakkar, Gurpreet Singh opened up about his favourite phase of career and how the difference of the phases matter.
Gurpreet Singh said, "the best period is when you are working. It is memorable and enjoyable. Everything is happening in your way and you're even earning from it. In struggling times, you're neither earning nor enjoying it. So now I'm back, I want to enjoy. I want to work a lot."
While there are actors who enjoy the non-working time more (as they feel they can spend more time with their family and focus their personal growth in physical and mental ways), it is subjective as priorities differ. When asked Gurpreet Singh about this, he said, "You are right. It depends from person to person. Obviously family needs time too, you need to give time even to yourself. If your shoots are running for so long that you are neither getting time for yourself nor for your family then yes you need a break. Both the situations have their own pros and cons."
